Do you know how to use gas and breaks? That is all it takes to make you capable of driving one of our fully automatic 350cc Yamaha Grizzly ATVs. Our expert guides will show you the basics of operating these vehicles. If you do not want to drive, then you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as a passenger. Our ATVs are not only large in size, but are equipped with cushioned back rests making them safe and comfortable for passengers, even small children or people with bad backs. How much better could it get?
The day begins by meeting up at our main office of Unique ATV Tours in Old Town Vallarta. From there we then take a joy ride south along the coast line to a 300 hundred year old historical village of El Tuito to begin our ATV expedition.
By sacrificing just one day away from your hotel and letting our expert bilingual guides take you away from the crazy buses, pushy sellers, and confusing streets onto a secluded beach where you will be sure to forget all your problems. This tour will change your vacation from ordinary to unforgettable!
The ATVs wind you through adventurous trails, and soar through the mountain roads until you reach the simplistic town called Llano Grande. You will not see any Gringos in this village, but you will be able to cool down with cheap beer or refreshments while watching the locals live life like every day was Sunday.
Our next destination is the cozy 100 year old village of Tehuamixtle. Close your eyes and imagine yourself under a palapa with a cold bucket of beer. Here you will see the pelicans line the wooden docks, oyster shells line the sandy beach, and life goes on as it has forever. It is here in Tehuamixtle where we will indulge in a delicious fresh seafood lunch. Your Spanish speaking waitress serves you a plate where the portions are overflowing and the flavors are overwhelming. Can you taste the buttered lobster tails melting in your mouth yet? By now Downtown Vallarta is just a distant memory, and the smell of the ocean is tingling in your nose.
Now that you have mastered the ATVs, indulged in a superb cuisine and made numerous discoveries that are breathtaking, it is time for one final stop...welcome to the beautiful beach of Mayto. Once here at the beach you can decide how you want to spend your time. Some people choose to use the facilities such as a swimming pool, trampoline and beach volleyball net. Others prefer to ride the ATVs on the white sand beach. You can also snorkel, swim in the ocean or just relax and work on your tan. Another great option, especially for families, is the turtle rescue camp ran by the University of Guadalajara. There they teach you about this precious species of marine life, let you hold baby turtles and dig up their eggs in the sand. Mayto beach is paradise! We know that the only problem we're going to have is getting you off the hammock and back to Vallarta.
